Lease Agreement Terms — Turnkey Solutions
Capex: $200,000 per MW (one-time payment)
Site Infrastructure: $50,000 per MW — includes buildout, water cooling system, filters, racks, PDUs, fans, cables, IT systems (Foreman), internet. Everything turnkey. One-time fee.
Rent: 600,000 AED per year — 50% upfront, 50% after 6 months (2 installments per year).
Operations: $30 per miner/month — dedicated account management team, staff, CCTVs, WhatsApp group daily updates, monitoring, surveillance, reporting, 24hr support, diagnostic & troubleshoot support, replacement parts (fans, PDUs, wiring, cables).
Electricity: $0.02/kWh fixed contract — pay based on your actual power consumption each month.
Minimum lease term: 5 years

Plug-and-Play Hosting
Location: Abu Dhabi
Hosting Rate: USD 0.065 per kWh
All-Inclusive Hosting: Facility management and regular cleaning, warranty support and after-sales service.
Installation Fee: One-time onboarding and installation fee of USD 80 per miner for all new clients and newly deployed miners.
Contract Term: Standard hosting contract is 12 months, with flexibility available upon discussion.
Payment Terms: 1 month advance payment required at onboarding + 1 month security deposit.
