1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hashrate Farm ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Hashrate Farm provides professional cryptocurrency mining services including:

• ASIC mining hardware sales with hosting contracts
• Cloud mining services with flexible contracts
• Hashrate rental services for Bitcoin mining
• Mining infrastructure and support services

The Service operates on a best-effort basis and strives to maintain high uptime and performance standards.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring they have legal authority to mine cryptocurrency in their jurisdiction
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintaining the security of their account credentials
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Paying all fees and charges associated with their use of the Service

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance by Hashrate Farm. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before services are activated. We accept various payment methods including cryptocurrency and traditional payment processors. Refunds follow our returns policy. Unused freight ASICs may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unpowered and in original packaging (return freight is yours unless we shipped the wrong SKU). Dead-on-arrival units are repaired, replaced, or refunded after we see the fault. Hosted miners, cloud contracts, and hashrate rental are services — there is no consumer parcel to mail back after hashrate is delivered. We do not advertise a 14-day no-questions return on industrial ASICs. Freight details are on the shipping page.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high uptime and service quality, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, maintenance, technical issues, or market conditions affecting mining profitability.

6. Mining Results and Rewards

Mining results are probabilistic and not guaranteed. Block discovery, mining rewards, and profitability depend on various factors including network difficulty, market conditions, and mining pool performance. We do not guarantee specific returns or mining outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hashrate Farm and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or mining rewards, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for any user who violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior. Users may cancel their services according to the terms of their service agreement.

10. Governing Law
