Two fulfillment paths

Hashrate Farm sells new ASIC miners. Some listings ship to you. Others stay in our racks and we activate hosting instead of sending a box.

• Freight: we pack the unit and send it by international air or sea freight from Oman. Handling is typically 1–3 working days after payment clears. Transit is typically 7–21 working days depending on destination, carrier, and customs.
• Hosted: the miner does not go to your house. We rack it, point stratum, and you get dashboard access. That is usually 0–2 working days after payment, not a parcel delivery.

Who pays freight

Listed prices often include freight or hosting activation as written on the product page. If a destination needs extra crate, insurance, or a remote island surcharge, we quote that before you pay — we do not surprise-add it after checkout.

Customs and import duty

You are the importer of record for freight orders. Duties, VAT, and brokerage at destination are yours unless the product page says otherwise. We provide a commercial invoice with the real hardware description. ASIC shipments get held sometimes; that delay is customs, not us sitting on the crate.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the crate and the miner before you sign if the box looks crushed. Email photos to support@hashrate.farm within 48 hours of delivery. We file the carrier claim from there. See returns for DOA and unused-unit rules.
