Hashrate Rentals Update: WhatsApp Support, Pool Changes, Lower Prices
Rental orders now have a WhatsApp support button, a pool change request form, lower monthly prices, and day-by-day extensions at the same daily rate. Daily rentals are next.
Most rental tickets we get aren't complicated. Someone typed the wrong worker name, or their pool went down at 3 a.m., or they want five more days because difficulty just dropped. Until now each of those meant an email, a wait, and a lot of back and forth. We changed that.
Here's what's new on Hashrate Farm rentals as of November 2026.
WhatsApp support straight from your rental order
Every rental in your account now has a WhatsApp button. Tap it and a chat opens with your order number already filled in, so we know which machines you're talking about before you finish typing.
It goes to our ops line at +968 9554 7063. It's a real person who can see the farm dashboard, not a bot. We're on Gulf Standard Time, so messages sent in the middle of our night get answered in the morning. Email still works if you'd rather have a paper trail.
Change pool request
Pools go down, fees change, or you decide mid-month to point hashrate at your own solo pool. You can now send a pool change straight from the rental order:
- Enter the new stratum URL, worker name and (optionally) password.
- You can still edit the request while it's marked pending.
- We repoint the machines and mark it processed. That usually takes 6 to 12 hours.
The 6 to 12 hours is because a person reviews every request before it goes to the miners. A typo in the port number would leave your rental hashing nothing, and we'd rather catch it than find out from you a day later.
Lower monthly prices
We've cut rental prices across the board. Current 30-day packages (checked 1 November 2026):
| Package | Algorithm | Hashrate | Price / 30 days |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite Hash | SHA-256 | 100 TH/s | $150 |
| Compact Hash | SHA-256 | 115 TH/s | $180 |
| Standard Hash | SHA-256 | 200 TH/s | $300 |
| Scrypt Power | Scrypt | 9.5 GH/s | $230 |
| Scrypt Master | Scrypt | 16 GH/s | $390 |
That works out to $1.50 per TH/s per month on the SHA-256 packages. Bitcoin network hashrate is around 1,069 EH/s right now, and the next difficulty adjustment is estimated at roughly 0.9% down, so it's a decent window if you've been waiting.
Extend your rental at the same daily price
Before, if you wanted more time you had to buy another full month. Now you can add days to an active rental from the order page.
The price is your package's daily rate, so a $300 / 30-day package extends at $10 a day. There's no markup for short extensions and no need to restart the order. Your miners keep hashing to the same pool and the end date moves out. You pay the extension invoice in crypto like the original order.
One catch: you can only extend a rental that's still active. If it already ended, you'll need a new order.
Coming soon: daily rentals
Right now every package starts as a 30-day rental. A lot of you have asked to rent for a day or a week, whether to test a pool, chase a difficulty drop, or try solo luck on a block without committing a month of budget.
Daily rentals are next on our list. We'll post here when they're live.
What to do now
If you already have a rental, open it in your account and you'll see the WhatsApp, pool change and extend options on the order. If you're new, pick a package on the rent hashrate page. If you're not sure which one fits your pool, message us first and we'll tell you honestly.
