Zcash Mining Is Hot Again: What a Z15 Pro Earns Today

ZEC is trading around $1,240 and a single Antminer Z15 Pro earns about $46 a day before power. Here's the math for Zcash and for merged LTC + DOGE mining, and where Hashrate Farm fits in.

A year ago nobody asked us about Zcash. Now it's the most common question in our WhatsApp, usually some version of "is the Z15 Pro still worth it?"

At today's numbers it is. Here's the math, and the caveats.

Zcash numbers today (1 November 2026)

  • ZEC price: about $1,240 (down about 3% on the day, and it moves a lot).
  • Network hashrate: about 32 GSol/s.
  • Network miner issuance: about 1,440 ZEC a day. That's the miner share after the 8% Community Grants and 12% lockbox funding streams.

What one Z15 Pro earns

The Antminer Z15 Pro is rated at 840 KSol/s on Equihash and draws about 2,780 W.

840 KSol/s out of 32 GSol/s is about 0.0026% of the network. Multiply that by 1,440 ZEC a day and you get roughly 0.038 ZEC a day, or about $46 a day at $1,240.

Power is 2.78 kW × 24 h, about 67 kWh a day. At $0.06/kWh that's around $4. So you clear roughly $42 a day, or about $1,250 a month, before pool fees.

The Z15 Pro is listed at $12,000 on Hashrate Farm. If ZEC price and difficulty stayed flat, that's under ten months to pay back. They won't stay flat. Difficulty climbs when the price is this high because everyone else ran the same numbers. Treat ten months as the best case and plan for longer.

The standard Z15 does 420 KSol/s at about 1,510 W, so roughly half the revenue for a lower entry price. Message us if you want that instead and we'll check what's available.

Merged LTC + DOGE: why Scrypt rigs earn more than LTC alone

Scrypt miners like the L9 and L7 mine Litecoin and Dogecoin at the same time, with no extra power. That's merged mining. Every share you submit counts toward both chains.

LTC is about $56 today with network hashrate around 2.9 PH/s. At current prices DOGE is the bigger part of a Scrypt rig's income, several times the LTC part. Mining LTC alone would leave most of the reward behind.

On a 17 GH/s L9 the combined reward is thinner than a Z15 Pro once power is paid, so run your own electricity price through the profitability calculator before buying. We have the L9 17G at $5,000 and the L7 9G at $2,900, both in stock.

Why buy from us

  • Real stock, real prices on the listing. No "pre-order, ships in Q3" games.
  • You can host them with us and skip customs, or we ship them to you.
  • If you'd rather solo mine, our Zcash solo pool and LTC + DOGE solo pool both run on our own nodes.

One thing about solo mining with a single machine: it pays out in whole blocks, not daily amounts. The $46 a day above is an average over time. Solo, you might go weeks with nothing and then get a full block. If you need steady cash flow, keep that in mind.

Z15 Pro stock is limited (two units listed as of today). Check the Z15 Pro page or message us on WhatsApp for lead times and hosting slots.
